Brand Consistency On Instagram | Jonathan Tilley

This is where you need a little bit of creative thinking but it pays off tremendously. For the checkerboard style, the trick is to schedule the images where every other picture is of a person or people and then fill in the gaps with detailed shots with no people in them. Or to dumb it down, selfie, no selfie, selfie, no selfie, selfie, no selfie. Because you are working with the Instagram feed as a grid where there are only rows of three, if every other picture is of a person/people and the rest is filled in with detailed non-people imagery, your grid is going to look ridiculously well-curated.
