6. CULTIVATE A FOLLOWING OF ADVOCATES: MARKETING TEAM

You can’t have great sales without clients. We work to make sure each client has the very best experience possible. It is our goal that with each interaction, the quality of experience grows and so does our client’s desire to advocate for us. After the initial phone call and subsequent consultation, it is not uncommon for us to get referrals. They have not experienced the full process yet or even had portraits created but they feel confident in what they have seen and they are enthusiastic. The vast majority of our clients come from other clients so our investment in marketing is the care we show each of our clients.

We ask our clients to refer us if they feel that our services would be beneficial to their friends and family. We provide several copies of our portrait magazine when clients conclude their consultation and we request they give them to anyone that might be interested in our portraiture. We remind them at their portrait delivery that without their patronage and referrals, we would not be in business and we thank them verbally and in writing for investing with us.
