Editing Travel Photos with Lightroom: Tips & Tricks | Clifford Pickett
PICK YOUR SUBJECT AND MAKE IT STAND OUT
Everything else falls under this. Picture you’re in a crowded restaurant. All you hear is the chatter of hundreds of people. There’s too much information and it all just becomes noise. Picture yourself getting closer to one table. Now it starts to begin to get clearer. Now find the most interesting person at that table and stand directly next to them, listening only to what they have to say. Making the most interesting photograph is nothing more than finding, then choosing, the most interesting thing in the scene and capturing/editing it in a way that makes it obvious.
