Now, more than ever, the experience is crucial to success. Remember, these families want to experience something beyond sitting in front of a computer for Zoom learning. Their kids’ proms and sporting events have been cancelled. They need this. They crave it! You have a huge opportunity here to give them the experience of a lifetime. If you don’t know what I’m talking about here, then more than likely you don’t offer your clients an "experience." You might be "just a photographer." There is not enough space here for me to drive into what it means to offer your clients a high-end experience, but suffice it to say that the best way to think about an experience is to think about the experience you have had in your lifetime between going to a Taco Bell drive thru vs. going to a nice steak house. Make sure you are giving your clients that steak house experience. Your emails, your response times, your editing, your packaging, your energy on a photoshoot, everything matters in creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience for your clients.
